Show one clear reason to call

A driver scrolling Facebook may not be searching for a shop right then. Your ad needs to be easy to understand at a glance.

Use real shop photos where possible. Say what you fix and where you work. Give the person one simple next step.

Choose where the lead goes

Meta lead ads can open a form inside the app. You can also send people to a page on your website.

Keep the first form short. Ask for details that help your shop reply and check fit. Follow Meta’s rules for what the form can ask.

Plan the reply before the ad goes live

  • Choose who gets the new lead.
  • Set a plan for the first call.
  • Check the repair and location.
  • Offer the right next step.
  • Track the estimate and booked job.

A low lead cost does not help if the team cannot reach the people or the repairs do not fit.

Measure jobs as well as leads

Keep the ad spend, lead count, and booked jobs separate. Review the reasons leads do not book.
