Information we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we may collect your name, business or shop name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, the page you contacted us from, and information you choose to provide about your business.
We may also receive basic technical information that a browser or hosting provider normally records, such as IP address, device/browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This build does not load an analytics or advertising tracker. Session storage keeps campaign-source details within the current browser tab so an inquiry can include its original source.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the audit, proposal, or service you requested.
- To communicate by phone or email about the inquiry you submitted. Text-message or broader marketing permission is handled separately where applicable.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our marketing systems.
- To measure the source and effectiveness of our own marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
SMS and marketing communications
If you submit a phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to an SMS to opt out of further marketing texts. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process form submissions, communicate with leads, host data, or provide professional services. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Form processing
Website audit forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form provider. Information submitted through those forms is transmitted to that provider so it can be delivered to us. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information through the audit form.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by the type of information and relationship.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete information you provided to us, subject to legal and legitimate business retention requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using any unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us directly.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, tools, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
