Where the work goes
Not always the best shop’s. The one drivers find first, trust fastest and reach easiest. Here’s where yours are slipping away.

How we bring in calls
Your site doesn’t show your work, your reviews or an easy way to call.
The fixA site that proves your craft and puts the call one tap away.
How we win the clickMissed calls, slow replies and estimates nobody follows up on.
The fixTracking and follow-up from the first call to the repair order.
How we close the gapAt a $4,000 average repair, losing four jobs a month is $16,000 in work going to the shop down the street.

The terms
Most agencies bill you for activity. We tie our fee to booked repairs, and make it easy to leave if we don’t deliver.
Before we start, we set a booked-jobs target for your shop and put it in writing. Our management fee starts once those jobs come in.
In writing, up front. The target is set for your market and ad budget before any work starts.
No long contract. Shops stay because the work keeps coming.
Your ad account, website and data are yours. If you leave, they stay with you.
Every month you see the calls, the booked jobs and the spend behind them.
Ad spend runs through your own ad account and is separate from our fee. Exact terms are in your written agreement.
Not for every shop
We partner with one collision shop per city, so we choose carefully. Here’s what we look for.
Straight answers
Twenty minutes on your shop. We look at how drivers find your shop, what they see when they compare you, and what happens when they call. You leave with the three fixes worth doing first, whether or not we work together.
Before we start, we agree on a booked-jobs target for your shop, based on your market and ad budget. It goes in your written agreement. You don’t pay our management fee until those first jobs come in. Ad spend is separate and runs through your own ad account.
Because we won’t run your ads against the shop down the street. Once we partner with a shop, we don’t take on its competitors in that city.
No. It’s month-to-month. If it stops working, you can leave, and your ad account, website and data stay with you.
Tell us the cars and repairs you want more of. We’ll check the demand in your area and the room in your bays, and tell you straight if it’s there.
We agree up front who handles the first reply and the follow-up. Your shop writes the estimates and chooses the jobs it takes.
