Client services are governed separately
Any paid engagement, performance target, guarantee, scope, fee, ad budget, cancellation right, or service level is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement for that engagement. Website language does not replace or expand a signed client agreement.
Results and estimates
Case studies describe specific past engagements. Some figures are client-reported and are labeled as such. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Any ROI calculator, projection, example, budget model, timeline, ranking range, lead estimate, or revenue illustration on the Site is for planning purposes only. Actual outcomes depend on market demand, competition, ad costs, shop capacity, response speed, close rate, reputation, repair mix, seasonality, budget, platform changes, and other factors outside our control.
Performance guarantees
When Collision Catalyst offers a performance guarantee, the exact target, qualification requirements, measurement method, client responsibilities, exclusions, and remedy must be stated in the applicable written client agreement. Performance terms are stated in the applicable signed agreement.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that materially burdens our systems, inject malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s original copy, design, graphics, code, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Collision Catalyst and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client names, logos, screenshots, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, portfolio, or commentary purposes as applicable.
Third-party links
The Site may link to client websites, social networks, directories, and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Collision Catalyst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public Site. This Site limitation does not override liability terms contained in a separate signed client agreement.
Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
